Module Basic

This module includes question areas that are necessary to understand how employees work, both in the office and at a distance, and who they work with. Amongst other things, you will find out how much time employees spend on different activities, their mobility profile and what their collaboration patterns look like. This module also includes questions about hybrid working methods. This module gives you a good foundation on which you can build a workplace strategy.

Module Extended

Do you want to gain a deeper understanding of your employees’ needs and preferences for different areas? Then this extended version is something you should consider. In addition to the question areas included in the basic module, you will gain knowledge of employees’ preferences for different work areas for different activities, answers to questions about the propensity for change and how they feel about the current office’s support for their tasks.
