WeOffice has launched Workplacestrategist.eu, a digital platform that allows participants to take certified courses in workplace strategy online. Now, learners from around the world can study at their own pace, whenever and wherever it suits them.

Training that fits your schedule

Previously, WeOffice offered certified courses in workplace strategy in-person. With Workplacestrategist.eu, the same training and tools are now available digitally—in both Swedish and English. The digital platform provides flexibility without compromising quality and complements the in-person courses, which will continue to be offered.

Based on proven principles

The courses are based on Dr Aram Seddigh’s book Workplace Strategy for the Flexible Office and the Workplace Adequacy™ Framework, which rests on five principles: right-sizing, diversification, facilitating collaboration, increased adaptability, and insight through participation. The online format allows participants to progress at their own pace, revisit particularly relevant sections, and combine learning with work or other commitments.

The platform includes:

  • Certification as a Workplace Strategist
  • Access to research, insights, and a network of workplace strategy professionals
  • Practical application of the Workplace Adequacy™ framework and needs assessment tools

“With Workplacestrategist.eu, we make workplace strategy knowledge more accessible—on the learner’s terms. Our vision is to raise workplace competence around the world” says Aram Seddigh, PhD in Work and Organisational Psychology, certified Workplace Strategist, and CEO of WeOffice.
