Needs Assessment

This version provides a more comprehensive foundation for decision-making when developing or updating your workplace strategy. You receive both the assessment of the Workplace Adequacy™ principles and deeper insights into collaboration patterns, work patterns, mobility profiles, and conditions for remote working.

Lead the Change

When shifting to a new way of working, employees’ understanding and motivation are essential. This version highlights the support needed during the transition, the barriers that must be addressed, and how different parts of the organisation perceive the change.
