Course lead
The programme is developed by Dr Aram Seddigh (PhD), with expertise in workplace strategy and organisational change. Drawing on research in occupational and organisational psychology and experience from projects across both the private and public sectors, the programme combines scientific rigour with practical application.
For more than a decade, Dr Seddigh has supported organisations in developing workplaces and introducing new ways of working. The perspective is holistic — how people, place, technology and leadership together influence performance, collaboration and wellbeing.
In addition to his PhD, Dr Seddigh also has a background in economics and is a licensed psychologist. This creates a clear balance between analysis, behaviour and implementation in the programme’s methodology.

Course literature
The programme is complemented by a practical, application-focused book that provides a clear foundation for developing and delivering workplace strategy. It explains how offices and ways of working can be designed around organisational needs, with a focus on how decisions affect people, collaboration and performance.
The book works both as course support and as a reference for upcoming projects. It serves as a common thread throughout the programme and can be used as a handbook when applying the framework and tools in practice.
The book is titled Workplace Strategy for the Flexible Office: Methods, tools and case studies with a focus on hybrid and activity-based ways of working, and is available wherever books are sold.
