Course lead

The programme is developed by Dr Aram Seddigh (PhD), with expertise in workplace strategy and organisational change. Drawing on research in occupational and organisational psychology and experience from projects across both the private and public sectors, the programme combines scientific rigour with practical application.

For more than a decade, Dr Seddigh has supported organisations in developing workplaces and introducing new ways of working. The perspective is holistic — how people, place, technology and leadership together influence performance, collaboration and wellbeing.

In addition to his PhD, Dr Seddigh also has a background in economics and is a licensed psychologist. This creates a clear balance between analysis, behaviour and implementation in the programme’s methodology.

What is a Certified Workplace Strategist?

A Certified Workplace Strategist has completed WeOffice's training and demonstrated the ability to apply the evidence-based Workplace Adequacy™ framework to develop and implement workplace strategies.

What formats is the course available in?

How long is the onsite certification course?

The instructor-led onsite certification course runs over two days.
